Martial Arts 10/20/30
This course combines elements of Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Karate, and Wrestling. Students will develop fundamental skills in striking, grappling, and self-defense while improving their fitness, discipline, and confidence.
Through structured drills, partner work, and controlled sparring, students will learn:
- Kickboxing: Striking techniques using punches, kicks, knees, and defensive movements.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Ground fighting, submissions, and positional control.
- Karate: Traditional stances, strikes, blocks, and kata (forms).
- Wrestling: Takedowns, escapes, and pinning techniques.
