Home and Vehicle Maintenance Girls Only

This class is a low stress and safe environment for girls to get together and learn ways to maintain a car themselves and save money. It will provide girls an opportunity to work in an automotive shop environment, learn all about the fundamental working principles of cars and have some fun while earning credits. Topics covered will be shop safety, hand tools, operating principles , preventative maintenance, electrical components, brakes, tires, vehicle detailing, and, depending on the class, vehicle body repair. The class is leveled for gr. 10, 11 and 12 students.
