Remembrance Day Ceremony

LCI will be hosting a Remembrance day ceremony for the entire student body to partake in this Friday, November 8th.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept members of the public due to capacity limitation in our Large Gym. 

We would like to thank Air Cadets for their participation I in every Remembrance Day ceremony.  This year’s presentation will not only feature musical contributions by our own LCI band and choir, but we will also be hearing from our own students and staff who escaped the war-torn regions of their homeland.

As always, we encourage LCI Families to attend one of the two Remembrance Day Ceremonies on November 11th .  There is a longer, more formal ceremony hosted at the Lethbridge Argi & Food Hub.  There is also a 30 minute ceremony at the Cenotaph located in front on the Yates Theater.  That ceremony starts at 10:45 and will feature a fly-over by the Royal Canadian Air Force.
