Learn More About E-Learning at LCI

LCI will be hosting online E-Learning opportunities for students in Grades 9 to 12 for the 2021/2022 school year.  Our E-Learning model will include synchronous learning in which students are part of a virtual classroom with direct daily interactions with their teachers.  LCI is looking for students who are self-motivated and highly engaged learners who still want to belong to a school community and have course content delivered to them by a teacher who is a specialist in their field.

In addition to that, LCI will endeavor to create flexibility that will allow our E-Learners to blend their online academic classes with on-campus CTS courses, on-campus Fine Arts courses, off-campus work experience opportunities, off-campus registered apprenticeship placements, or an off-campus green certificate experience.  LCI will also welcome it’s E-Learners to participate in the breadth of extra curricular opportunities it plays host too such as athletic teams, fine arts productions, or other extracurricular clubs.

Because our E-Learners will be assigned to virtual classroom, there will be a limited number of spots available. Students will need to apply to be part of the E-Learning program at LCI.  All families must agree to a strict set of criteria at the time of their application.
