I am excited to be joining the LCI staff this year and will be teaching Yoga, CALM and Health 9. I am a Certified Yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training in both traditional yoga as well as aerial yoga. I am also a former Athletic Director and previously taught Grade 6, Middle School and High School Physical Education, CALM and Science 10. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor in Physical Education, Minor in Science Education, and Specialization in Special/Inclusive Education. I also played university soccer while completing my Kinesiology Degree at the University of Western Ontario in London, ON. I am originally from Toronto but moved to Alberta after working in Waterton Lakes National Park. Now I play football (american football) in the WWCFL for the Lethbridge Steel. I teach weekly yoga classes at Hot Yoga and Barre Lethbridge and Core Elements. I look forward to sharing my passion for yoga and physical and mental health with LCI students.
